About Me

In a Sentence

I’m a dancing, restaurant-obsessed designer who loves untangling complexity and making things feel effortless for the people who use them

At Length

In the beginning…

I grew up in Schaumburg, Illinois and went to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I studied Graphic Design with minors in Business and Spanish. I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of how things look and how they work — which is probably why UX felt like home.

What I used to do

Before I was a UX designer I was deep in graphic design — creating brand assets, advertisements, and digital content for engineering teams and media companies. That foundation of visual craft is still how I approach every screen I design.

What I do now

I design enterprise and consumer products where the stakes are high. I work best in the messy middle — between a complex system and the person who just needs it to make sense.
