The challenge

As the platform grew, features and workflows became increasingly fragmented. Nexora needed a clearer structure that could support more functionality without making the product feel dense, difficult to navigate, or inconsistent across different parts of the experience.

Approach

The interface was rebuilt around a simplified information hierarchy, modular layouts, and a flexible design system. Clear typography, restrained color, and consistent interaction patterns create an experience that feels focused and easy to use while remaining adaptable as the product evolves.

Key Decision

How much information should we ask for?

Expanded

More vehicle and contact preferences

Benefit: Richer lead information
Risk: Higher submission friction

Balanced

Core information needed to establish intent and contact

Benefit: Useful context with reduced effort
Risk: Less detail for dealer follow-up

Simplified

Minimum information necessary to begin the conversation

Benefit: Lowest barrier to submission
Risk: Less qualification upfront
